Refund Policy

If paid access is enabled and you believe you were charged in error, contact support@symplyai.io with your Stripe receipt or billing email.

First-time subscription charges requested within 7 days are reviewed for refund eligibility.

Accidental duplicate charges are refunded promptly after verification.

Refunds after substantial usage, repeated renewals, or policy abuse may be denied except where required by law.
